Dr. Stacie NC Grant
International President and CEO
An award-winning international speaker, facilitator, best-selling author, media producer and celebrity host, Dr. Grant is the 26th International President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an African-American Greek-letter organization headquartered in Washington, DC, with over 900 chapters globally founded in 1920.
Professionally, Dr. Grant is the CEO of C&G Enterprises Unlimited, LLC, an MWBE firm that focuses on meeting facilitation and professional development training services. C&G Enterprises was selected to facilitate the JFK Airport Redevelopment Advisory Council, a 13-billion-dollar redevelopment project. She is also the founder of Destiny Designers University®, the only training and development platform for Faithpreneurs® (faith-based entrepreneurs and faith-based professionals).
Dr. Grant gets the greatest joy from serving others. She is a dedicated community servant and has spent countless hours volunteering her time and serving the community through civic engagement and her youth mentorship programs. Dr. Grant is a board member of The Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) - a small business incubator for underserved communities, and a member of the NYC Queens District Attorney's African American advisory board.
Keisha D.Smith
Regional Director, Great Lakes Region
Keisha D. Smith is the 26th Great Lakes Regional Director and Chair of the Regional Directors who was appointed by Dr. Stacie NC Grant, International President & CEO, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. She is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and the daughter of the late Willie A. Smith and Ira Smith Ebbs. Her mother is the 19th Great Lakes Regional Director for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and her father was the National Grand Keeper of Records and Seal for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Keisha carried on her family Greek legacy by being initiated into the Iota Mu Chapter at the University of Kentucky. She transferred to the University of Oklahoma and Theta Mu Chapter where she served as Chapter President and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Communications. Keisha was elected as the International Third Vice President and immediately transferred to the Chi Zeta Chapter in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Following graduation, Keisha secured a role with the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Commissioner’s Office for the Department of Insurance.
As a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for 27 years, Keisha has served in numerous administrations and elected and appointed roles for each level of the sorority who successfully completed her term of 6 years as the 14th Kentucky State Director. Through it all, Keisha remains dedicated to delivering community service. Along with 31 prominent women, she is a charter member of the Beta Alpha Xi Zeta Chapter in Louisville, Kentucky.


Patricia Jones
Director, State of Ohio
Patricia Jones, LSW retired social worker, has been a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. for 45 years. She is a graduate of Western Illinois University-Omicron Kappa Chapter. Ms. Jones has been an elected officer on local, State, Regional and National levels. Currently, she is the Ohio State Director, an appointed officer to the NEF Coordinator for the State, National Director of Logistic, and a National appointed officer to the National Educational Board of Managers. Her journey on NEF again is to continue to see progressive and positive changes on getting the important message that NEF is trying to convey to the sisterhood as well as the community and partners.
Ms. Jones is a worker for the sorority and can be send working at any regional conference in Zetadom. She has been to all 7 regional conference over 20 time and is often asked don’t you belong to my region? She proudly says no I belong to the Greater-Great Lakes Region! She has been a workshop presenter in a lot of the regions and states inside the region and outside the region.
In her present position as State Director, she plans to be dedicated, innovative and motivated to continue the upward trajectory of moving the state as one of the top states in the region as well as rivaling the other States in Zeta as a whole by strengthening the infrastructure of the State.
Life outside Zeta, she is the Senior Supervisor for Playhouse Square, which is the 2nd largest theater in the country. Here she is head of security and supervises security staff and their deployments. She is also a past president of NPHC-GR where a lot of first were created and still exist to this day. She also works for another security company that has sent her to several Superbowl’s as well as NFL draft.
Ms. Jones biggest message is that she would like to convey is…to really know Zeta you must get out of the house (Chapter). Go out and visit other chapters, states and regional conferences and make some forever friends.
